The CUPOLA M2 domes are used in industrial and agricultural plants.
They install quickly and can be manufactured with different quality of materials and shapes to suit the needs of the customers. Special high pressure covers can be manufactured with reinforced membranes and oversized welding. In agricultural biogas plants we have standardized our long tested system made with 2 membranes anchored on the tank top and stabilized at low working pressure by a ventilation system.
A support structure made with plastic ropes and a net, sustained by a central pole in steel or concrete, is positioned under the gas chamber. The system has three main functions:
1. To keep the gas membrane from direct contact with the slurry
2. Prevent the possibility of mechanical corrosion on the mixers
3. Serve as a fundamental support structure for sulphur-fixing bacteria.
