The project

The Ariano Biometano plant processes liquid and solid livestock effluents sourced from the surrounding area for the production of liquefied biomethane.

We had previously installed a Cupola M2 to serve the plant in its original biogas configuration. With the evolution of the project towards liquefied biomethane production, the intervention was expanded through the installation of an additional six Cupola M2 and two 32 m diameter cones for the pre-storage tanks.

The main objective of the project was to integrate a safe, efficient, and reliable biogas storage system capable of supporting the plant’s high level of automation, while ensuring operational continuity and consistent gas quality throughout the entire production process.

Our solution

We supplied six Cupola M2, designed to:

adapt to the specific characteristics of the anaerobic digestion plant;

ensure stable and safe storage of the produced biogas volumes;
integrate seamlessly with automated systems for handling solid and liquid fractions.

Our technical and consultancy support assisted the client throughout all phases of the project, from selecting the most suitable solution to installation, ensuring smooth and issue-free integration.
